Ameristar St Charles

For the fourth time, Ameristar St. Charles has been awarded one of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch’s Top Workplaces, taking the 7^th spot this year among other large employers in 2024. Voted by employers, this annual survey recognizes the best places to work in the St. Louis area.

Every year, employees receive a survey from Top Workplace. The ranking is determined by how many team members complete the survey and the positive responses received. Ameristar St. Charles was one of 22 large employers with 500 or more employees in the region to receive this prestigious recognition.

“All of us should be very proud of this recognition,” said Doug Lang, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Ameristar St. Charles. “It is our entire team working together that creates the fun environment and supportive culture that this award applauds.”

The property celebrated the award with a jeans and ice cream day in the Team Member Café.
